Mock Consulting Deck
My team was tasked with acting as consultants for a pre-chosen topic. Our group addressed the issue of AI bias in hiring and chose Boston Consulting Group as our firm due to its expertise in technology consulting, with Workday as the client because of its recent lawsuit related to AI hiring practices. For this project, I was heavily involved in the creation of the presentation deck creation. I conducted research on BCG consulting slide designs and formats to ensure the final deck matched the quality and style standards of a typical BCG presentation. I aslo developed a written outline and draft that defined the structure the slides would follow.
My teammates contributed their ideas and research to the decks using the structure I provided, where I went in and reviewed, combined, refined, and aligned content to ensure consistency with the style we needed. In addition, I authored a majority of the Persona section in the Context Memo as it relates to the creative decisions made within the deck. I also wrote the background section on Workday to establish a a complete understanding of what company and its relevance to the topic.

KitchenCall
As a part of my Understanding the Platform Economy class, my group and I were tasked with creating our own functioning platform economy, where we created KitchenCall. This platform helps to bring afordable private chef's to people by utalizing culinary students who want to build a name for themselves.
I was personally in charge of research on the field our platform would operate in like market conditions and competitors, addressing potential platform-driven discrimination and other concerns regarding things like licenses and food-serving legality, and how data generation would function on the platform. Additionally to that, the entire group collaborated together to further flesh out and create ideas in all sections of our proposal.

HabitXpert
Through Northeastern University’s Marketing Research curriculum, I collaborated with a team to conduct secondary exploratory research and primary data collection for HabitXpert, a start-up in the health and wellness industry. We designed and administered a Qualtrics questionnaire to gather data aligned with the company’s marketing decision problem (MDP) and research problems (RPs). After analyzing the results, we synthesized our insights into a comprehensive report and delivered a formal presentation of our findings to HabitXpert’s leadership team.
Every Little Word
During a month long summer internship through Northeastern University, I collaborated with a team to develop a digital media strategy for Every Little Word, Boston-based B2B marketing agency. I analyzed current social media trends and conducted market research to inform an optimized strategic plan aligned with the company’s goals. The experience also provided valuable professional development and project feedback, strengthening my skills in marketing strategy and collaborative work.
International Business
Gemini Coffee
As a part of my Competing to Win in Emerging Markets class my group was tasked to take a foreign-based company and bring them into the US market. We decided to go with the Vietnamese-based coffee company Gemini Coffee. Overall in the group, I acted as the main coordinator and leader where I scheduled meetings and ensured the team was kept on track with weekly reminders. For my role in the projects, I reasearched a workable mode of entry and partner we would work with, as well as created and workshopped the implamentation plan of our joint venture.
