TV Bible Project
The assignment for the Producing for the Entertainment Industry class was to create a TV series with a corresponding TV Bible. Given my interest in the horror-mystery genre, with shows like Supernatural, Lucifer and Stranger Things for inspiration, 'Malicious Roots' is about... For the TV Bible, I crafted the initial scene for a script along with the Storyboard. The plot was structured to match the treatment of the first episode. I drafted a mock timeline, budget and ideas for future episodes to complete the project.

Mini-Documentary
We profiled Boston Uni's head sushi chef, Tsuyoshi Takeishi, and created a 4-minute mini-documentary on his rise to fame as a top sushi chef. The project team was responsible for editing, directing, filing and producing the documentary. I specifically work on the script, filming and lighting. I gained invaluable experience with the set-up process, filming and the editing of interviews.
Product Commercial
I was given the task to create a 30 second video for my Television Field Production. Using an already existing product, I developed a video based on old 2010s toy commercials, combining existing references from the original media with old commercial tropes. I filmed product videos in a black studio space, where I focused on using a single light source combined with a bounce board to create less harsh shadows. I also worked on the scripting, recording, and editing of the sequence where I created a rough cut to use for the voice over. After recruiting a friend, Xander Winn, I sent him the script along with direction notes of tonation and timing. Finally, I edited the commercial on Premiere Pro and CapCut, adding a soundtrack and visual effects.

Music Video
I created a 1 minute and 20 second music video mockup, using JVKE's song Goldenhour. My goal in this video was to recreate the emotions and feelings that myself and my peers had when studying abroad on Northeastern's London campus, by using nothing but found footage from myself, my peers, and other sources. I edited the video on Adobe's Premiere Pro where I had to both audio balance the music and sounds and edit the videos and footage to create a cohesive sequence.
